E R Curtain Pty Ltd is a leading steel fabricator established for over 40 year specialising in pressure vessels, boiler, tank, sphere, piping and heavy engineering fabrication. We are experienced in the fabrication and welding of items in Carbon Steel,Stainless Steel and various grades of alloy steels such as Bisalloy and SAF and were one of the first fabricators in Australia to obtain ISO9002 certification in 1994.
We have completed several major projects to the satisfaction of clients both here and abroad, undertaking jobs involving design and drawing to both Australian and International codes, fabrication, welding, machining, N.D.E, Post weld heat treatment, hydrotesting and surface treatment.
We also undertake work in the following areas:
Cylindrical and cone rolling in carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel plates.
Press works including transitions, plate bends, straightening, Hot pressing of gear boxes, clamps etc.
Stress relieving, normalising & quenching with calibrated heat chart.
Our large well equipped fabrication shop is located at Revesby, an industrial suburb in the South West of Sydney. Our manufacturing facility includes inhouse plate rolling up to 120mm thick. and up to 3.1M wide, 400T Twin ram hydraulic press, Heat treatment furnace, Submerged arc welding, Multi head plate stripping machine and Complete machine shop.
